The Mayor’s Office of Culture and the Arts attended the 73rd National Day of China celebrations – to deliver a message on behalf of Mayor Rick Blangiardi.

High school students attending the Ehime Prefectural International Center, Japan was privileged to visit Honolulu Hale – in the Mayor’s absence, the Director of the City’s Department of Emergency Management hosted and greeted guests.

Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi and Mayor Takeshi Saito of Edogawa City, Japan signed a Sister City agreement recognizing the special relationship between the two cities at Kapolei Hale on Thursday, June 9, 2022.
